Classes re-commence on 4 February 2019. There is no formal enrolment process, just phone or email to let us know you are coming along.
There are many elements to learning tap dancing, technique, rhythm, musicality, and finally, putting all the learning together into routines.
Each class follows a progressive and graded course of exercises and technique, appropriate to the tap level of the class. This is then creatively applied in the choreography of a variety of routines, which develops musicality in moving from one step to the next, along with performance skills. Each dance reflects a different style of music and technique, and when completed, becomes part of the program in the end of year performances.
